Slow Road
Editorial policy
How we choose, play and write about games.
01Choosing games
We choose games that are free to play, run in an ordinary browser, come from their original creators or official publishers, and treat players fairly.
02Playing
Every game is played for at least several sessions on a computer and, where possible, on a phone. Reviews describe what we saw at the date shown.
03Accuracy and corrections
We check facts against the official site. If something is wrong, email hello@slowroadgames.com and we will correct it and note the change.
04Independence
No publisher sees a review before it is published and none can pay to change a score.
05Artwork
The pictures on our cards are our own illustrations, made for this site. We do not copy screenshots or logos from the games.
